What can you do to ease chronic pain in addition to your doctor visits and medications? This brief video (6.5 minutes) discusses the challenges specific to living with chronic pain and offers 9 simple, non-medical approaches to pain management that you can initiate and monitor yourself.  I made this video last year, but thought it was worth a re-post. I hope you enjoy it.

Thank you Sarah. I hadn't thought of many of these suggestions and I find them to be very helpful. I've noticed that when I keep these 9 things in mind that I feel almost instant relaxation in my body and mind around the pain. Again, thank you!!

Thank you so much Sarah. I really needed to have these gentle reminders this afternoon. I felt very good this morning and now not so good. The relationship I am learning to develop with the pain is difficult yet I know necessary and achievable. My real takeaway is "tell your story to nature"; wow - really powerful. Time for a walk. Blessings.

Thanks for letting me know it helped, Debra, and, yes, nature can be an amazing friend and healer. I hope your walk was soothing. S.
