Sarah obtained her NLP Practitioner status in 2009 and her NLP Master Practitioner certificate in 2010 from NLP Marin after 18-months of training.
Sarah works with clients experiencing deep levels of emotional and physical pain, in trauma recovery, and those experiencing ongoing sadness, depression, and hopelessness, or feeling inexplicably lost in life.
She helps unlock binding beliefs and patterns from the client's personal life history. She also works with unresolved traumas and losses inherited through the family lineage from earlier generations through her training as a Family Constellations Facilitator.
Transformational NeuroLinguistic Programming (TNLP)
TNLP is an elegant and highly effective method for releasing long-standing beliefs and identity patterns that have created emotional and physical pain and limited one's self expression and happiness, success, and satisfaction. In short, TNLP supports the experience of having more of what you desire in life and less of what you don't.
During a typical NLP session, we focus on a specific outcome that you wish to have in your life. The work unfolds during the course of intentional conversation and processes which reveal, release, rebuild and re-imprint limiting beliefs, behavior patterns, and structures of identity that are causing emotional pain. Unlocking the structures creating emotional pain often helps release physical pain as well.
Typically, a single session can create noticeable change in a client's ability to access more of what is desired. Very deep levels of change, thorny issues or patterns resulting from early trauma often require multiple sessions. It is recommended that clients plan on a minimum of three sessions. However, there is no requirement to continue indefinitely; the changework done in each session is lasting.
Session are conducted in person in the San Francisco Bay Area or via Skype or Google Hangouts.
90 minute session: $235
Please Note: NLP sessions are are not suitable for clients with psychological conditions that require the attention of a trained psychotherapist.
